When running a/c the defrosters leak cold air and condensation accmmulates on outside of windshield. Dealer (hennesey Cadillac, atlanta) states vehicle was designed this way. I do not feel a vehicle is designed so that you have to run windshield wipers when it is not raining. Impairs visibility.
