Two problems related to steering wheel have been reported for the 1996 Cadillac Deville. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While going over small puddles of water steering wheel will lock, not allowing the driver to turn the vehicle. Also, suddenly vehicle accelerated to 70mph. Dealer has inspected and repaired vehicle.
While making a right hand turn steering wheel locked up,could not control vehicle. Dealer fixed belt in the steering wheel.
