Four problems related to brake disc rotor have been reported for the 1997 Cadillac Deville. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Brake rotors are worn to the point of being unsafe at 44500 miles due to defective heat treating of rotors.
The rear brake rotors burnt out, resulting in extended stopping distance, which could cause a crash. Dealer replaced rotors at 23,000 miles.
Brakes have been repaired eight times due to warped or damaged rotors,vibration due to failure. Yh.
Front brake rotors failed.
