Consumer was involved in a crash at 30 mph impact in which neither driver's side nor front air bags deployed. Also, frontal air bags did not deploy. Consumer has contacted dealer.

Consumer was traveling about 65 mph, swerved to avoid hitting an animal, and left wheel went off pavement. When consumer tried to get back on pavement, vehicle lost control and hit a guardrail.
