The contact owns a 2000 Cadillac Deville. The contact was driving 25 mph when she applied the brakes and the brake pedal was depressed into the floor board abnormally. In addition, there was an abnormal increase in stopping distance and time. Upon inspection of the vehicle, the contact discovered a brake fluid leak under the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for diagnosis where it was determined that the brake line was rusted thoroughly. The contact also stated that the rear doors were not able to be opened from the interior of the vehicle. The failure and the current mileages were 85,000.

The poorly designed sunvisors on the car cannot be pushed far enough forward to allow proper visibility, when pulled down they stop directly in fron of drivers eyes. Nlm.
The sun shades on both the driver and passenger side do not go forward far enough to permit frontal vision due to design.
The visor is very wide and cannot be folded forward in such a way that it covers a smaller segment of the windshield making traffic lights not visible within one city block. Nlm.
