When placing gear shift into reverse there is a loud noise and the auto jolts . This action does not happen all the time. Sometimes it happens when the car is cold ,other times when the auto is warm. It is very inconsistent have taken it to dealer and they cannot get it ti do the problem as stated. Thet told me ,Cadillac knows of the problem but does not know how to correct it.
