Total brake failure due to mechanical breakdown on my 2001 Cadillac dhs. The failure happened between the connection for the brake pedal and the brake actuator. Result: zero braking. Please help me get this fixed. I have the bill for this repair. The failure was caused by an apparent failure of a "c" clip. I notified ntsb months ago and have yet to have a follow up, thank you for your kind attention to this matter.
