Tl-the contact owns a 2001 Cadillac Deville. The contact stated that when the vehicle was started the brake light would illuminate and stay illuminated while the vehicle was being driven. The contact also stated that while turning the steering wheel their was an abnormal noise emanating from the steering wheel. The contact also stated that on several occasions the vehicle failed to start. The contact stated the vehicle would start after manipulating the wiring harness underneath the driver's front seat. The vehicle was not taken for diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage 79,000. Ah.
