Tl - the contact owns a 2003 Cadillac Deville. The contact stated that while driving 25 mpg approaching a traffic signal, the air bags deployed without any warnings. The contact mentioned that the shield smashed due to the failure. A police report was not filed and the contact did not sustained any injuries. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician was unable to diagnosed the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure but did not offer any assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 130,000. Pm.
