I was driving the car it was doing just fine once I parked the car came back to start the car the engine would turn over but it would not start once I had tried about 12 times it decided to start and there was something blowing sounding like it just might be the air on sometime I would come to the start the car battery would be dead.
Takata recall. One day was driving all was well it had just sprinkled before IA left home. Roads were whet I slowed down to cross rr tracks when increased gas tires slipped or spun a lil,from bumps on tracks and acceleration made numerous sensors I think got faulty. Suspension traction, service engine soon,, abs, and air bag. I reset information control center. But with in 3 mins after you take off they all light up again abs I just changed brake pads 4 months ago there still under warranty. Going with ceramic this time. I also have 2 psi sensors out. Neither back window goes down one needs motor the other on the regulator a plastic clip that keeps it inline is worn out. I figured that out. But idk why all them safety warnings came on and why I cannot get traction control to ever go off? just find it weird happened all at once car still starts and runs fine. I'm just worried I think air bag needs to be recharged or inspected. My plan is to restore it needs minor repairs but dealerships is a rip off. If I can find where these electrical sensors are I will do it my self. They ridiculously over charge for everything. I was crossing rail road tracts at a slight angle. Cause unknown.
Driving from exit ramp onto highway car was very difficult to keep in center of lane, is seems to be better after stability system replaced in steering column. Was not called in for recall of keys until, 12/05/14. Heater stopped working by 50%, electric door lock stopped working approx same time. Brakes not working as well, same time frame. Everything was checked out in Feb; this year, although started noticing steering problems August, September. , 2014. I thought it was a slow leak in the tire causing the steering problem, although now believe it had something to do with the stability control system, steering column area. We were charged for the repair, even though it falls under the recall complaints. What we thought was going to be a $100 or $150. 00 job, as I ok'd them to use the multi-point inspection machine and check anti freeze level, costs us $688. 15. The first estimate was over $4,000, unbelievable, in which the agent said " they had to pay the mechanic for his labor". $533. 76 for labor, $131. 50 for a part which is a recall.
