Air Bag Problems of Cadillac DTS

Suffered chemical burn to my right lower arm after airbag deployed & ruptured in my 2006 Cadillac Dts sedan during a front-impact motor vehicle accident.

The vehicle "service airbag " warning keeps flashing. Should I keep driving this vehicle, is my safety and the safety of other drivers at risk? I've reported this to the GMC dealers in my local area, but the want to charge me $125. 00 to $169. 00 dollars to perform a diagnostic. My concern is for safety of myself and others. Can this problem be fixed at a minimal or no price.

When I call on star for a diagnostic test that when I was told that if was in an accident the car air bags would not protect me like they were suppose to. I was driving to the next town over from my hometown on hwy 8o east.

I'm getting an service air bag message on my dashboard display at all times after starting the vehicle at a stand still and in motion I'm afraid that my airbags are going to blow at anytime I'm afraid of driving the vehicle.

Air bag didn't deploy after head on collision traveling 23 miles per hour, on a city street, going straight. Car was considered totaled by usaa.

Today I had the gm recall 14299 performed on my Cadillac Dts at my local Cadillac dealership. The repair took about 1 hour and the car was returned to me with the instructions from the dealership that one key had a "clamp" on it and if I removed the "clamp" and the new key insert did not stay in place that they would need to "figure something out". I waited an hour for the glue to dry and attempted to remove the "clamp" and the insert was adhered to the clamp as it appeared residual glue had stuck to the face of the insert and the underneath slide of the clamp. I then went to put a key chain on my gm valet key and the insert popped out of place on that key as well. I have not yet contacted the gm dealership, but this recall repair is very troubling as it does not appear that this repair will have the longevity needed to stay in place and protect the consumer. I have photos of the keys if needed.

Subject vehicle read ended SUV that was stopped for a stop light. Vehilcle sustained extensive front end damage and was deeclared a total loss by the insurance company. None of the air bags deployed. Driver was badly injured and is still in a coma. Passenger received minor injuries. Vehicle is still available for inspection and will be for approximately one week.

My battery constantly goes dead, everytime it rains, snows or even gets cold. I brought a brand new battery and a brand new alternator and it still does the same thing. The air-bag message keeps coming up along with every electrical component there is on this car. I have taken it to dealerships to get diagnostics and they never find anything wrong. This is not safe for my kids to ride in please advise.
