1 Warning Light On problem of the 2007 Cadillac DTS

Tl- the contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Dts. The contact stated that the independent repair facility had been informed more than once that the oil pressure warning indicator illuminated several times as the failure progressed. The dealer has not been contacted yet. While driving an unspecified rate of speed on the roadway, the oil pressure warning light flashed, there was a sudden loss of power, the brakes had been hard when applied and the contact crashed into the rear of an 18 wheeler. The driver sustained minor bruising, shoulders pains and forearms as well as further medical treatment. The drivers side air bag deployed in the steering wheel. The contact was uncertain if the front passenger and side curtain air bags had deployed. A police report was filed. The state trooper towed the vehicle to a lot. The insurance company was notified of the crash and have not yet investigated the cause of the crash. The manufacturer was notified of the crash and the contact was waiting to determine if they may be able to investigate the crash. The manufacturer had not issued any engine recalls but had issued 43 TSB. The VIN was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 119,000. Dyd.
