Tl- the contact owns a 2004 Cadillac Escalade esv. The contact stated that while traveling 58 mph in the rain and had to swerve to prevent from hitting a dear. The contact then hit two tree stomps with the front end of the vehicle where the sensors for the air bags were located and flipped onto the front end/hood of the vehicle, over onto the driver side and back on its wheels. The police took a report and the contact was taken to the hospital with injuries to their head and neck. The contact stated that none of the air bags in the vehicle deployed during the accident. The contact was taken to a repair shop, but no reason was given for the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. Rl.
