The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. The contact was traveling 5 mph and noticed an unusual knocking from the front end of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the front shocks, struts and drive train was replaced however, the failure persisted after repairs. The contact stated that the failure was present since the date of purchase. The failure mileage was 14,000 and the current mileage was 84,000.
