general problems of the 2008 Cadillac Escalade

Tl- the contact owns a 2008 Cadillac Escalade. The contact stated that when the vehicle was turned on, the navigation lights illuminated, flashing on and off. The contact stated that she paid little or no attention to that and drove away. However, when she returned home, parked the vehicle and attempted to get things, including the baby's safety seat, out of the vehicle, the vehicle rolled backwards, dragging part of the contact's clothing and the safety seat in the contact's hand. The vehicle was damaged and was driven back into the contact's yard. The dealer was not called. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. I will be driving and lose all power! it does it at different speeds. Its like someone turns the car off and back on.
