Air conditioning stopped working in may 2017. Called the dealership and they told me that there was a high number of cars coming back with the same problem- asked me to come in so they could assess. Came in- 20 minutes later- they informed me that my issue was the same. Condenser was out. Part was back ordered. I've now waited for 8 weeks and the part is still back ordered and gm is refusing to give us an eta when its available. Driving with no ac during the summer in high temps and on the freeways has now aggravated my daughters allergies and she is now on medication. Can't seem to get any answer from gm and its not just me.
