One problem related to car will not start has been reported for the 1996 Cadillac Seville. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer stated he had starting problems. When starting vehicle the indicator told him that the ignition system failed, and vehicle would not start. In addition, consumer had to wait 3 minutes before he could start vehicle. Consumer stated that the recall was for the internal short circuit condition cluster. He called the manufacturer, and was told that his vehicle was not on recall although it was having the same problem.
