Owners/service Manual problems of the 2017 Cadillac XT5

The car has starting issues when we were buying the car at 16500 miles full warranty the car had issues starting before we did buy it we were told the car was fixed we were driving the car from florida to michigan on our first stop the car would not start we started to look thru the manual and found written in handwriting a list of steps to follow on getting the car to start we did this and the car did start of course this was not the end of the problem we have had the car to Cadillac dealership with numerous tries to fix the problem the dealership has been in contact with Cadillac but with no cure for this problem how long do I have to wait for lemon law statues thanks.

The panoramic roof on our Cadillac Xt5 can not be used without extreme pressure in the cabin when driving if you open the sun shade and open a window the same thing occurs, extreme pressure in the cabin, or open the sun roof when driving. The pressure is so extreme that it causes very painful pressure in the ears, to the point I almost wrecked the vehicle. The dealership and GMC are completely aware of this issue, but they said nothing when we test drove it, there is nothing stated about it in the owner's manual and nothing stated how to remedy this painful issue. After the first experience in oct. 2017 shortly after leasing the vehicle, we asked the dealership about it, and the salesperson and his manager both knew about the problem and said it was an issue with all Cadillac models because they sealed the cabin so well. This is a significant safety issue because of what it causes to the inner ear and the fact that GMC never made mention of this issue so consumers can make an educated decision if they wish to have a panoramic roof. In our case, if we were told as we should have been, we would never have leased this vehicle. GMC must make buyers/consumers aware and the dealerships too, or not offer such sun roofs. I have reported this once, ref. # 11071918 and have no reply or answer.
