Pointing out a “safety body design flaw. ” I own a 2025 Cadillac Xt5 sport vehicle. VIN# [xxx]. At the bottom of the all four doors is a plastic piece with sharp edges on the bottom. I have cut my leg on this safety issue and it needs to be corrected. I went by red nolan Cadillac, a franchised, factory authorized dealership in [xxx]. I pointed out the design flaw on xxx to josh in the service department. He told me to go to home depot and buy some foam to cover the sharp edges.
