The vehicle involved is a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe Hybrid. Crash happened when the problem occurred. The vehicle identification number (VIN) of the car was 1GNFK13509_. I have never had any issues other than the recalls with my tahoe. I pulled into a parking space at my bank. As I got into the space. The brakes went to the floor and I put both feet on the brake pedal at this point. The rpms went up. It was like the engine came to life by itself. It self accelerated over the concrete spacer and sidwalk into the bank's brick wall. The airbag deployed upon impact. There was never a time it decelerated. There was no one in the car but me thankfully. There were no warning lights. There were no bells warning of the failure. I would estimate it took 2-3 seconds to go from almost stopped in a parking space to hitting the brick. I am so shaken by this incident and I have no idea what to do. GMC has been informed. The failure date was Aug. 12, 2011.

fuel tank not sensoring and spilling out gaseline when a full tank is reached. The first time it done it, I was out seeing patients and the gaseline spilled out on my jeans. I had to stop at a walmart that was luckily nearby and purchase a pair of jeans, so I could continue working. Since then I have to watch my fuel gauge and when it rises above the 3/4 line I stop the pump and ease the gas in a little at a time. I look at the fuel gauge and it has a delay as to when it registers the gaseline that has been pumped. This is very agrivating, the estimate to get it replaced is anywhere from $850 to $1300. With as many complaints I see posted, there should be a recall issued. Also, the computer that controls the idle speed motor seems to be malfunctioning which causes my 06 Dodge Durango to stop running while in a low idle at stop signs and when slowing down to turn. This is estimated to cost $700 to $800 depending on which computer is bad. This is of most priority since I drive to other locations for my work. This issue happened on December 12, 2010.

Vehicle identification number (VIN) of the vehicle is 3FADP0L38B_. My new 2011 Ford Fusion hybrid shakes and vibrates terribly on the hwy. I have had it to three different Ford dealers for this problem and they can not fix it. I have contacted Ford directly and a rep informed me that Ford is aware of this problem but does not know how to fix it. He further stated that at such point that they figure out how to fix the shaking and vibration problem, they will most likely announce a recall. I informed Ford that I do not feel safe in this car due to the shaking and vibration and that it scares me to drive the car this way. I also informed them that it bothers me physically to drive the car this way and gives me severe head and eye aches from the shaking and vibration. I told them that this car is not acceptible to me and asked them to buy the car back. Ford informed me today that even though they are aware of this problem, I do not qualify for a buy back and they are not willing to help me. My new car has only three thousand miles on it and I have already had a bad oil leak and my gas mileage is way off what Ford claims I should get. I feel that this is all related and that this car has several serious problems (lemon) which I have voiced to Ford but it seems that they do not care and is falling on deaf ears. Being a hybrid model, Ford claims that I will get 41 miles per gallon. I am only getting 25 miles per gallon and informed Ford of this but they do not seemed to be alarmed by this at all. I am totally at a loss and wonder what else is wrong or going to go wrong with this car. I can't take it anywhere out of town like it is and is the only car I have. I have informed Ford of this but again, they do not care. I feel my safetly is threatened in this car and do not trust it at all. This problem occurred on Monday, May 2, 2011.

The VIN of the car is KMHEC4A45B_. I have a 2011 Hyundai Sonata hybrid, have had several problems with "check charging system" failue, been into dealership 3 times over a period of two months. Picked car up last Thursday, hopefully no more problems. The car would just die in traffic under speeds of 40mph, happen to me at least 6 times, you would have to come to a complete stop, put in park and click engine off (which is not running anyhow) and then restart and proceed. With traffic in dfw the way it is, this was a huge safety issue. This hybrid propulsion system inverter problem happened on Thu., Aug. 4, 2011.

While driving on the freeway the gas engine to my 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid unexpectedly shut down at least 4 times last evening. The control panel displayed a red triangle alter and the phrase "stop safely now". This was a very dangerous situation on a crowded detroit freeway where I had to maneuver over multiple lanes at a slow speed to stop the vehicle on the right sholder (the only available space). The vehicle restarted each time and and the problem reoccurred after less than a mile 4 or 5 times and then has not occurred since. I had a similar problem about six months ago where I paid Ford to fix the problem, but apparently that didn't happen. This is a very dangerous problem and should be fixed before people end up dead if it hasn't already happened. This problem occurred on June 5, 2011.
