Child Seat problem #1

While consumer was lifting the seat from the vehicle the back connection for the harness loosened, and the child fell inside the vehicle. This incident happened twice before. The child was not seriously injured, but was badly shaken up. Consumer tried several times to get in touch with the manufacturer.

Integrated child seat has been replaced three times due to the harness clip not unlocking to get the child out. Seat was recalled NHTSA 99-v-009000 /manufacturer's recall # 980710, but has not remediexd consumers problem. Please provide more information.
