Power Window problems of the 1998 Chevrolet Astro

Four problems related to power window have been reported for the 1998 Chevrolet Astro. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Power Window problem

Failure Date: 01/28/2004

Passenger front power window failed. Driver side front power window intermittent.

2 Power Window problem

Failure Date: 02/19/2003

While driving at any speed windshield wipers only worked intermittently. When the windshield wipers were turned off, the blades stopped in the middle of the windshield. Also, washer fluid did not eject like intended. There was a problem with the electric windows moving up or down on demand. There were times when the windows got stuck in the up position or in the down positions.

3 Power Window problem

Failure Date: 10/01/1998

Power window failed.

4 Power Window problem

Failure Date: 06/01/1998

Automatic window inoperable, due to switch failure. Yh.
