1 Brake Antilock Wheel Speed Sensor problem

Failure Date: 01/02/2008

Unwanted abs activation at low speeds causing increased stopping distance.

2 Brake Antilock Wheel Speed Sensor problem

Failure Date: 12/08/2003

The contacts stated that the abs activated at low speeds when applying brake pressure. Took the vehicle to a dealer, who discovered a failure within the wheel speed sensors, and those were replaced. About 25000 miles later the problem returned. The dealer performed a diagnostic test, but the dealer could not detect a code. The contact continued to experience an intermittent activation at low speeds. No further repairs have been made.
