1 Seats problem of the 2005 Chevrolet Astro

Failure Date: 03/28/2006

: the contact stated when using the latch system in the middle row seating, the third row seating is impossible to access. The problem occurred when a child passenger was in the middle row seat in a car seat and that made the seat not able to tilt forward. Tilting forward would have allowed any other passenger to enter and exit the third row. The dealer and manufacturer were alerted.

2 Seats problem of the 1997 Chevrolet Astro

Failure Date: 04/18/2000

Seat on the driver's side broke away from frame. This caused the seat to rock back and forth. Dealer was notified about the problem. Problem has not been corrected. Please provide any further information.
