Windshield Problems of Chevrolet Aveo

A stress crack in my windshield. The crack starts under the rubber casing of the windshield. I awoke in the morning after an extremely humid night followed by a cold morning to find my windshield with a hairline crack. Dealer said this isn't a problem. I have researched the internet and found several complaints from the 04 through 07 model of the Aveo with the same problem. My glass tech said this the crack is very likely due to a structural defect.

I have taken my car in several times to see why there is such a bad shaking when I reach speeds in excess of 55 mph and there seems to be no reason after balancing my tires, on top of having all replaced and allining the tires there is a horrible shaking of the steering wheel and a very loud noise like a roaring oise in the back of my car. Also I have a huge crack in the windshiled that I thought came from a pepple or something hitting the windshield however there is not a dent so to speak or any marks that would indicate a rock hit it, the crack starts uder teh rubber lining and goes all the way down the windshield from one end to the other. A pinhead size chip on the passenger side windshield base has created a crack spreading across the middle of the windshield. I believe this is a flaw in the windshield design, factory installation, and/or aerodynamic design. My web research has shown that other Chevrolet owners have had this problem with the Aveo and other models. The dealership does not accept any warranty responsibility.
