Four problems related to seat belt have been reported for the 1996 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Seat belt- the locking mechanism has come out of its housing.
Consumer has been experiencing problems with seat belts. Seat belts are pulled out and will not retract back in. The manufacturer has been contacted.
Rear safety belts do not function when placing child's car seat, they loosen up, and do not lock belt.
Front passenger and driver rear seat belts failed to work properly. Driver rear failed to release enough to be used. Passenger's front seat belt kept locking up without passenger using it.
