One problem related to defogger controls has been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The blower motor intermittently quits while the anti-lock brake light similtaniously go on and the cruise controls disengages. Under high humidity conditions the inside of the windshield fogs up and cannot be safely cleared. This condition occurs about 25% of the time.
