Steering Gear Box problems of the 1999 Chevrolet Blazer

1 Steering Gear Box problem

Failure Date: 10/19/2004

While driving 30 mph power steering failed. As a result, consumer was unable to turn the vehicle. Dealer stated a hole was produced in the gear box, which caused all power steering fluid to leak.

2 Steering Gear Box problem

Failure Date: 04/10/2002

Vhicle had been pulling to side and the steering had too much play, dealer determined steering box needed to be replaced.
