Three problems related to engine exhaust system have been reported for the 2000 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Numerous electrical problems and or failures, bad fuel and exhaust problems, suspension pops excessively, gas pedal sticks intermittently, radio replaced twice, electric seats and windows malfunction.
Have taken truck to dealer several times for this problem. They have a tech. Bulliten on this. They say it is the air pump turning off/on. But gm dosen't know how to fix this problem.
Intermittently headlights/ interior lights and instrument panel lights just flicker on and off. The truck was taken to the dealership. Notning was done about the lights. When taken to the second dealership, consumer was told that the manufacturer was aware of the problem, but did not know what was causing the problem. In addition, , while driving at 45 and turning left consumer hears moaning noise. Noise is caused by improper torquing on right front suspension. Whining noise is also coming from secondary air pump.
