One problem related to exterior rearview mirror has been reported for the 2000 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The right side outside mirror cannot be properly adjusted to eliminate a blind spot. It locks in to a "normal" driving position and even the power adjustment cannot move the mirror far enought out. The preset mounted angle is wrong. I called the service manager and he told me I am not the first to complain and even he, when he was using a Blazer noted that the mirror would not take a proper setting. He told me he even "called around" and was told that's the way it's comes from the factory and cannot be changed. It must be corrected so the blind spot on the right side is eliminated.
