Two problems related to front seat head restraint have been reported for the 2000 Chevrolet Blazer. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer states that while folding the seat back it broke. Dealer was not notified. *mrconsumer states that while folding the second seat the head rest snapped back and cut consumers finger wide open. Consumer did not contact Chevrolet.
Unable to see left or right when backing out of the parking space, due to the design of the headrest.
