The thermometer and thermometer sensor are glitching . The engine temp needle will not rise at all, the engine fan will run the whole time driving and then when it is turned off will run for 10 min . Right before this happens a notice shows the guided steering is being limited. I disconnected the battery and it reset , I drove and there were no issues , next time I started my car the engine temp needle stayed down and the van started again. This car has 36k miles on it. I just bought it 2 days before it started happening.

Just purchased a used 2025 rs ev on 5/2/2026. When I got home I found out the google maps and on star app wasn't working. Called on star and they can't connect to the car and that the telematics module is probably bad. Checked my Chevrolet app and it reports that it hasn't connected to the car for over 6 months. Now waiting for replacement part going 3 weeks now. A little pissed off that dealer did find before they sold me the car.

"driver assisted reduced use drive with care message" comes on when it is over 70 degrees outside. The temperature gage reads zero, a/c does not work, when the car is turned off the fan runs on high for an extended period of time. Showing code p0128 used car purchase, came on 3 days after receiving vehicle from the dealership. Reset the code came on again 2. 5 weeks later (5/3/2025) when the outside temperature was in the 70's.
Continues "reduced steering assistance', thermostat won't register, stay on cold, a/c blows warm air. We added coolant, replaced battery. Code goes off, within a few weeks comes back on. About to replace the whole thermostat and sensor. Many many Blazers having the same issues.

I took my vehicle to the dealership for the recommended oil change on 09/15/2023. I am extremely good about keeping up on the routine maintenance. Upon arrival, the technician asked if I knew that my check engine light was on. I stated no, it was not on during my drive in and has not been on previously whatsoever. I scheduled a diagnostic for 09/20/2023 and brought it back to the dealership with 68,191 being the mileage. It was determined that my thermostat needs to be replaced. I then began receiving the message steering assist is reduced" which is very unsettling. I am finding that a lot of newer model 2019+ chevy Blazer owners are struggling with the exact same temperature issue, even those with way fewer mileage than mine for example a person who just had 25k on theirs. This needs to be taken more seriously / addressed further by the manufacturer.
