Two problems related to steering knuckle spindle have been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet Camaro. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Driving down road when steering arm broke, resulting in car going off the road through a ditch leading to severe crash. Nothing has been done to remedy the failure the vehicle was a total loss.
While making a right hand turn the left front steering spindle broke, causing a crash. The vehicle has been repaired.
