The abs & esc light keeps coming on & off on the dash now the hood open message is popping on & off not allowing me to lock my doors because it triggers the theft alarm. Vehicle is left unlocked 24/7 due to this electrical issue it seems water has seeped into left headlight because moisture is in there. This happens when the vehicle is stationary & moving. Vehicle was put in the shop hood sensor matched was changed 3x still not working.

I own a Camaro 2015 LS v6. I was driving on a highway at about 35mph, I accelerated and then my car completely shut off. When I looked at my key in the ignition I saw that it had turned into the off position while in drive. I know gm has had multiple recalls due to their ignition switch for the flip-key fob (recall is n192223230), but I am now having the same issue. My key is not attached to the fob, but I show the same symptoms. This is now causing an intermittent connection and the car may stall while driving due to this issue. I believe this is also part of the ignition switch failure recall and should be investigated.

Driving down the freeway and the driver side rear tire locks up and brakes become hard as a rock, and cause me to spin out on the freeway. Radio cut off and felt like the car was picking up speed rather then slowing down! onstar then proceeded to tell me via email there is an issue with my anti braking system and stability trac system after the crash.
Car developed stabilitrack message on dashboard, check engine light on, engine misfire, reduced power, and intermittent no start,( like dead battery) after let sit for some time, all symptoms go away. Car was taken 2 times to dealership for service, at first time they replaced engine lifters, at second visit they were unable to duplicate concern. Car had continued to show same symptoms. Contacted general motors customer service, and they opened a case # 9-5742888029 they stated will call back. Days later cr acted again, no power, engine misfire, check engine light on and no start condition, and finally cached on fire on 01/10/2020. All symptoms were present when car moving and when charging gas for example had to shut engine off, it will not restart, like battery was dead, called road assistance triple a, and diagnosed battery to be fine. They stateted car has electrical issues.
Upon driving the vehicle, service power steering would randomly flash on the dic multiple times throughout the journey (while slowing down, at a stop and accelerating). Loss of power steering has yet to happen, but seems very imminent. Upon VIN check, the vehicle is not a part of the recall and this seems to be an error.
I took my 2017 chevy Camaro to tom bell chevy located in redlands California they replaced the soft top on my car because of a recall. When I got home I noticed that the soft top was making noises when it was going up and as I was closing it. When I looked to see what the noise was, I saw that the arms that raise the soft top up and down were completely broken. I contacted tom bell chevy immediately and was told to contact the upholstery guy who I've never met in my life. They gave me a number to call and told me that the person or company they used to replace the soft top that was recalled on my 2017 Camaro would come to my home and fix the issue. It has been now months and no one has ever came to fix it nor has tom bell chevy in redlands California called me back. I e left voicemail after voicemail, emailed them many times and sent texts and called the upholstery people but no one has returned my calls or emails. The vehicle is damaged and it was done by whomever did the recall replacement on the soft top. Also, the soft top that my vehicle was replaced with is nasty, very very cheap material and while driving the car it feels like the entire car is going to flip over because of how thin and cheap material the soft top was replaced with. I need someone to contact me immediately so that this issue can get fixed. I would hate to contact my attorney so I hope that this gets fixed immediately because it's been almost a year now since the soft top and control arms/motor were replaced and no one has contacted me and I'm being ignored. The VIN number is 1g1fb3ds5h0173969.
As I'm driving at 55mph or higher, all of the sudden the car shuts off and comes right back on and all you see are all the dashboard lights turn on and off all at once which is scary because when that happens, you have no control of the car because once the car shuts off, for that one or two seconds it does this you have no control and the steering wheel locks on you. The car will also not allow you to press on the gas peddle to make the speed go up, at time when I depress the gas peddle, the car hesitates and does not want to accelerate and then all of the sudden it accelerates at a very high speed without you controlling it.
Messages stating service power steering drive with care and service stabilitrak keep coming on constantly while driving. Car seems to drive fine but who to say it's not going to fail while driving.

I was driving the vehicle and the power steering went out making the vehicle difficult to control. I was driving 45mph in an accelerating manner.
Takaya recall-for the last 2 1/2 years I've been having issues on & off with my stabilitrak system causing my engine light to come on and car to jerk while the car is changing gears. It jerked so hard the last time it almost caused me to hit someone in the back. This issues happens for a day or 2 then stops for months & comes up again. I've brought it to GMC twice and they could not figure it out because it stops by the time I bring it to them & no code shows up. This issues starts while in motions & continues while driving regardless if I'm on a street, highway pr turning. This issues is definitely a safety hazard and can cause a bad accident to happen.
Radio shuts off randomly during driving city streets and at highway speeds. Blowers will sometimes shut off when the radio turns off. Dash lights also flicker 5-10 times when radio shuts off and after turning the car off. When pulling the key from the ignition, speakers pop loudly. Extremely distracting and dangerous. No issue with battery or alternator. Gm says they don't know about the issue, however there are multiple videos on youtube and forums online of this issue. Apparently there's a possible solution by cutting the 18th wire, furthest white wire to the left behind the stereo face plate. This problem needs to be recalled.
This my third time repair every year.

My car stereo and sound system stop working completely this is ridiculous that chevy refuses to make a recall when there are so many cases online with people having the same problem of theirs stereo cutting in and out. This is theft. 700$ to fix a problem that almost every year Camaro has 2010-2015. Ridiculous.
Vehicle's radio and climate control flashes on and off and sometimes do not come on at all. Turn signals do not make sounds when in use. If I use my brakes, clutch, turn signal, or power windows, radio and climate control go off and on rapidly. Bluetooth doesn't work. Regardless if the car is in motion or not, this is a continuous problem since I purchased the vehicle.
Radio, turn signals, display, hazard light go out intermittently ( multiple times per day ) . Loud electrical pops. Represent a safety issue. Vehicle can be moving or stationary.
I was headed south making a left turn onto 167th off of cicero ( busy street) and an oncoming vehicle struck me on the passenger side front quarter panel, then pushing my car over the median and into another vehicle and afterwards into a curb. None of my airbags deployed after basically four impacts.
(stationary) I had problems recently with the stabilititrak, I stopped at the red light and the car started to shake too much and it went out, the light of stabiliti trak warning went on !! it has happened 3 times. (in motion) the other problem I had was the power steering, every time I turned the wheel of the car, it sounded like opening an old door. I had to go to the dealer and have it repaired. (in motion) another problem that I have is in the wheels, they have a sound like they have a pink can. But it is only heard sometimes not always. I went to the dealer to solve that problem but the sound left.

When accelerating the vehicle shut off 3 times in the same day when switching from 1st to 2nd gear. I was forced to cycle the ignition , put the car in park , and res-start the car in the middle of the highway. I was scared out of my mind because I though the keyfob recall was to prevent this from happening. This wasnt the case and my 2014 Chevrolet Camaro automatic 6cy shut off 3 different times in the same day when accelerating.
This is the second time traction contriol error popped up, first time the car had to be towed as it lost all power while driving, this time the error came but luckily didnt lose any power. The car has no stability and knocks.
Stabilitrak service light is on and its reducing power while driving on the highway turning off to get some gas.
Loss power on take off manual transmission.
My pressure tire lights come on even when my tires are inflated . . They marked that the tire where low at 22 and I pumped air untill they where 40 without knowing because the tire lights indicated they where low. . When I'm coming to a stop the wheel shakes.
Car is shutting off while driving on roadways. Car not shutting off when pushing the ignition button. Car not starting at home or while in the community. All of this leaving me stranded for periods of time or holding up traffic. No codes being thrown to dash which leads me to believe something is wrong with the computer system. The chassis bounces and studders as if somthing is about to ceese up and the drive shaft clumks. Stabilitrak light has been fixed several times, traction control comes on as well. Numerous times not just once.

At times a/c won't turn on which has been an issue for about 2 years, and now radio malfunctions not allowing for a/c or radio functions. Signal lights makes strange sound when in use. Power goes out in that entire system making the entire system reset itself to manufacturer settings. This happens whether the auto is parked or while driving.
Driving on the highway, the car suddenly lost complete power. The service stabilitrak warning came on. Was able to use momentum of car to get to the emergency shoulder and come to a complete stop. Tried repeatedly to restart car unsuccessfully. Had car towed to dealer to fix.
When turning into a parking lot, my power steering went out and the service power steering message appeared. It has happened multiple times since then. It only happens at low speed maneuvering (<12mph). The following happens once the problem is created: power flickers on the car; the ac resets, radio resets, power steering goes out, and the following messages display: "service power steering" "service stability control" and "open and close passenger window". I took the vehicle to the Chevrolet dealer, and they told me the electric steering assembly needs to be replaced. I've researched this problem online and it is fairly common between 2012-15 Camaros'. Luckily, I have the ability to remain calm and control the car when this happens. I am not so sure others will have the same fate as I did. . Read more...

Takata recall . Vehicle was in motion, on a city street when I realized the engine started to knock hard and I began to lose power in my vehicle. According to the dealership my 6 cylinder had a misfire being that metal had broken off into my engine and was present in my oil.
Engine power reduced, service stabilitrak light while getting off highway, car slowed down significantly. I cant imagine what may have happened had I still been on the highway. This is extremely concerning. Apparently this is a know issue with chevy & gm cars. I have seen many forums and it seems nothing resolves this issue. There should be a recall on all Chevrolet & gm cars.
The transmission fails. The car shuts off in traffic without warning or without codes sometimes in a parkimg lot and sometimes on the highway. Wont start and sometimes wont shut off. The traction control comes on and slows the car to 35mph on dry pavement. There is a clunk when shifting or driving under the car. The crank shaft has been replaced because of thrusting me forward, hard shifts and delayed shifting.
