I took my vehicle to classic Chevrolet grapevine dealership after noticing while I changed my brakes the week before, there was axle grease scattered all over the rear of my rim, hub, axles, and brake components. After inspection, it was determined the cv boot had let go on the inside seal near the hub where the wheel mounts. My car is two years old and only has 42600 miles. I have also heard from several other Camaro owners on forums and in person discussions. Failure of the axle because of improper lubrication to the axle connection can cause serious injury or death should the axle fail while driving. Can you please investigate this issue and determine if a recall should be issued. Thank you!.
