One problem related to starter has been reported for the 2005 Chevrolet Classic. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I would be driving and vehicle would just shut off, sometimes I would go out and it would start and other times it would not start, I spent money on tow trucks, at least twice, had towed to serra Chevrolet, they would keep it for week at time and tell me nothing was wrong, finally I took it to local mechanic at auto tech and within an hour they called and told me it was the electronic starter switch and replaced it within the day, and it cost me over nine hundred dollars, I had already spent almost 2500. 00 with serra Chevrolet with no results, so the 900. 00 was a good deal for an excellent repair, have had no problems with vehicle since that time, however, I feel that general motors should be responsible for this repair, but taking on that giant is most likely a lesson in futility.
