The vehicle was parked when he noticed a pool of fuel on the ground and while the engine was running the fuel was leaking on top of the tank. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic shop who inspected the vehicle and informed him the fuel pump module needed to be replace. The manufacturer was notified who stated there was no recall and they can file a complaint for the failure. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was 70,000. Mw.
