Unknown Or Other problem #1

Blower motor on a/c quit working on truck on speeds 1,2,3 still works on 4, checked on the internet and the problem is with the resistor module that controls the speed of the blower. Spoke to gm dealer, and he advised that the problem was with the module overheating and causing the plug to melt and cause the resistor pack to become inoperable. No warranty on part according to gm dealer, wants $76 to fix problem, I am not paying for part due to obvious manufacturer defect that is a possible safety hazard that can and will cause risk of fire, injury or death.

Unknown Or Other problem #2

Some mornings my 04 Colorado stalls out and bogs down. Push the gas bogs down and goes nowhere. It doesn't matter the temp outside. It does it. Its not an everyday event. Just some mornings, and when the truck has been sitting more than 8 hours. I've changed the fuel filter, put lucas fuel treatment. Every small repair I've done. Dealer said when it acts up they will try and fix it. But of course you cant replicate the problem for them to see. Want to know what can be causing this. I've seen there has been alot of incidents of engine problems. From what I've read. Some of these problems with other peoples Colorado's, are happening too. Is there anything that can be done about this threw y'all? I have 60,000 miles on my truck I shouldn't be having problems. Any cost free maintenance from gm?.

Unknown Or Other problem #3

Owned this 2004 Colorado ext. Cab 4x4 since new. * again * blower motor controller on a/c quit working on speeds 1,2,3 still works on "high" 4. This is the 3rd failure since new, and I've had to pay for repairs twice already. According to reports on internet problem is with resistor module that controls the speed of the blower. Spoke to two difference gm dealers, and he advised that the problem was with the module overheating and causing the plug to melt and cause the resistor pack to become inoperable. No warranty on part according to gm dealer. This is a manufacturer defect and safety hazard that could cause risk of fire, injury or death. This issue needs to be covered under a recall or some program to protect consumers from paying to repair the same defective part or system over and over again !.

Unknown Or Other problem #4

The contact owns a 2004 Chevrolet Colorado. The contact cannot place a rear facing child safety seat in the vehicle and cannot turn off the front passenger side air bag. The owner's manual states that there is a key to turn off the air bag, which does not exist in his vehicle. He was informed off the record that he should either cut the wire or disable the fuse. He believes the vehicle should be recalled and repaired. The current mileage was 98,863 and the failure mileage was 98,833. Updated 03-11-08.

Unknown Or Other problem #5

I bought a 2004 chevy Colorado Feb. 11, 2006 with 47,262 miles on it from the local chevy dealer. It is now July 21, 2006 and I will be taking it in to the shop for the 10th time. So far this is what has gone wrong: head light seal leaking, front grill missing factory clips, ac fan housing has bad factory mold so there is a "ticking" when running the ac, ac switch resister went out and replaced three weeks ago has now gone bad again, roof bows were bent enough that caused the roof sheet metal to pop up and down when windows were down at highway speed, rear fold down seats have jammed and will not release from rear cab wall, b-pilar trim will not stay on, I had to replace the fuel filter and O2 (oxygen) sensor two months ago, and now as of this date, July 21, 2006, the rear right passenger window will not go down.
