Air Bag Light On problems of the 2006 Chevrolet Colorado

Airbag light goes off then comes on when going into reverse stays on for a while then goes off until going to reverse then comes on again.

The dealer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the airbag sensor would have to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 65,000.
