All the sensors seem to not be functioning correctly. Doesn't tell me the right measurements for the wheels, gas, over heating. Right front passenger door locks/unlocks when it wants. It chokes up when trying to accelerate. Theres a rattling noise that comes from under the car. First time I took it to the dealership, they stated it was a bolt that had come loose on the exhaust pipe. They placed a new one which lasted a year and a half and now its back to making the noise. I took it again to the dealership, this time they claimed they couldn't find anything. My airbag sensor keeps coming on constantly. My fuel sensor claims 116 miles one moments and 5 or 6 minutes later, it says I have 50 miles. My car was over heating and low on anti-freeze, the car never notified it was over heating.

Fuel system leak and yes, it is available for inspection. My safety was at risk while I was driving the truck and smelled a very strong odor of gasoline enter the cab of the truck while I was driving with the windows rolled up. I immediately stopped the truck and got out and noticed flames coming out from underneath the bed in front of the left rear wheel, then the gas tank ignited shooting flames out like a flame thrower. The fire dept and the insurance company inspected it, and it was deemed a total loss. There were no warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of a problem prior to the fire. Here is what I found on the internet about this truck on the internet. The 2018 Chevrolet Colorado had one recall for a high-pressure fuel pump that could detach from its mounting flange. The recall began on July 2, 2018. What was the recall for? •the high-pressure fuel pump could detach from its mounting flange •the pump could damage the high-pressure fuel line what was the recall number? •the national highway traffic safety administration (NHTSA) number for the recall was 18v-358 what did gm do to fix the issue? •gm notified owners and dealers replaced the high-pressure fuel pump and high-pressure fuel pipe for free how can you check if your vehicle is affected? •you can check your vehicle for open recalls oinputting your vehicle identification number (VIN) at asburyauto. I detected the smell of fuel while the vehicle when it was both not running and running. I brought the truck to banks Chevrolet in concord nh. The high pressure fuel pump detached from its mounting flange, resulting in damage to the attaching high pressure fuel pipe causing a constant fuel leak. Dealer replaced the high pressure fuel pump and high pressure fuel pipe to resolve the concern. There is a NHTSA recall that my vehicle should have been included in, 18v358000. The gm recall number is 18188. I paid out of pocket (~$1500) to fix this safety issue when it should have been fixed initially with the recall.

Other Fuel System problem #5

The flapper just inside the fuel filler pipe has broken loose, allowing water or dust to enter, potentially causing engine failure.

A/c lines near driver side wheel well has chafed through fuel line and wire harness. Causing a couple thousand dollars in damage. Nor warning indicators leading up to either incidents. My chevy dealership mis diagnosed it twice and has now found the issue. Fuel lines leak can cause fires and as far as the electrical issue I've been left stranded with my 3 year old daughter a couple of times. . Have looked up forums and many people have had the same issue.

Other Fuel System problem #8

During some starts (in morning after not driving for several hours), the engine will have a pulsing idle ~750-1000 rpm. After letting it sit for a minute to warm up, I drive down the road. If I am able to drive without stopping, there will be no issues. However, if I come to a stop within 0. 5 miles or so, the engine will shut off. When I try and restart, the engine will stall repeatedly. The engine will eventually restart. There have been no codes produced nor any lights on the dash board. Has happened several times.

Other Fuel System problem #9

The problem is not solve and the guy from the dealer told me GMC will not let them change the part is his own words. He said you have a good warranty don't worry but I need solution and the dealer doesn't show any interest to fix my truck problem, I have to rent a car apparently was cover for my insurance but a week later they call me because they have a issue with the car I rent and just rented for 24 hours. Purchased new chevy Colorado 4x4 extended cab with 3. 6-liter v6, transmission 8-speed model 8l45. Transmission developed shudder during light throttle acceleration between 30 and 70 mph. Shudder is cyclic lasting 4 - 12 seconds, reaccurring 45 - 90 seconds. Shudder feels similiar to driving over mild rumble strips or rough pavement. First notice transmission problem around 1200 mile mark, total mileage on vehice as of April 11, 2019 is 2750 miles. More information can be found with ge service information (si) as a techinical service bulletin (TSB). Refer to these gm TSB's 16-na-175, 18-na-177, and 18-na-355.
