1 Automatic Transmission Torque Converter problem

Failure Date: 11/17/2019

Since shortly after purchasing the vehicle new, I have experienced hard shifting, slipping when accelerating, also experience rough idle at times. I have had the torque converter replaced but I still ha e the problem. I've even had the service manager ride with me and he stated he experienced the lugging sensation, and said it's normal, they still did nothing to help me, and this is noted on their service record! this vehicle has been in the shop several times for the same issue, and I get the same answer as they find nothing wrong.
