Traveling at 45mph,right rear brake applied. Car veered to right and stability control light came on dic. Returned car to dealer, who had car for 20 days. Replaced ebcm,steering sensor,traction control switch,cleaned grounds and checked all connections. Car was delivered 100 miles to me with no problems. Car sat in garage for 7 days. On 12/27/2013 drove car approximately 7 miles. At 70 mph on interstate left rear brake applied jerking car to left. This is a 2008 Corvette with 7500 miles. This sounds like a common problem that gm should find a cure for before lawsuits begin. Very dangerous at highway speeds.

Service stability control system llights came on and off multiple times, when I got home the brakes were completely locked up. I have rebuilt the braking system, calipers, rotors and pads and re bled the system and cannot move the car. Keep getting message to servivce the system. The local dealer just recently put a clip inside the steering wheel under a gm callback. *duplicate to 10459099*smch.

The blinkers stop working sometimes while driving. The abs lights comes on stability control. Headlights turn off and on while automatic twilight is on. The electrical system seems to have problems. The brakes, blinkers and gauges malfunction. I've looked on the internet and it seems a lot of Corvette owners from model year 1997-2004 are experiencing the same prolems. The alarm system also fails. I find this to be dangerous problem while driving when the electrical system fails to operate.
