Power Steering Light On problems of the 2012 Chevrolet Cruze

Car shuts down and it can not be restarted,(no dome light, no on start) no power anywhere. . Can't get keys out of ignition,going down the road, steering service light come on and off, radio display shuts down and restarts, gauges turn on and off. .
