Took my car in to have recall work done (high mount stop lamp fasteners leak ) chmsl. And I have had a water leak ever since. My car has been to the dealership 3 times in the past month. Every time they tell me its something different that they fix, yet I still have a water leak that could cause a short in the printed circuit board resulting in an unattended fire.

Accident, on Jan 15 2017, vehicle was turning into a restaurant parking lot from a highway and hit by a f150 pickup on the front end and whole passenger side, going about 15 mph and other vehicle was traveling 50mph, none of the 10 air bags deployed, have shoulder injury 3 days following accident, vehicle was towed to collison, shop & was made aware that the frame of the vehicle from front end to rear was shattered, the vehicle was moving and turning into a business, the insurance company deemed that the vehicle was totaled. No air bags ever deployed, if there were a passenger they would have died.

The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze. Without warning, the vehicle had an internal leak that saturated the rear of the vehicle, the flooring, the electronic components, and caused various shorts within the vehicle. The vehicle was inspected by an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The vehicle's inner components were damaged due to the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 250.

This chev cruz rammed my Honda 2010 civic at 40+mph in the right rear quarter panel. The civic was turning left into the intersection and was traveling at approximately 10 mph. The civic deployed 4 airbags and deemed a total loss while the cruz did not deploy an airbag and had slight damage to the front. I don't understand this and have included pictures and would like your investigation and opinion if the 2013 cruz's airbag is defective.

The chrome plating on both the front driver and passenger interior door handles started to peel off which created sharp edges on the handles in which I and others have cut ourselves on. I had to chip some of the chrome plating off and wrap the handles with tape to prevent myself and my kids from getting cut on the peeling chrome finish.

The interior crome overlays of the door handles at the seam overlay is peeling back acusing a sharp and a cutting hazard. Everytime youopen the door it poses a threat to get cut deeply.

Car was hit on back drivers door and wheel well, it pushed the back bottom seat in. Car spun three times in the rain and none of the 10 air bags deployed. I hit my head on the side drivers window 3 times due to side seat air bags not deploying. Gm came out while car was in auto shop put some machine on it to address my ? why air bags did not deploy when it was hit hard enough to push car frame in and spin whole car three times. They told body shop that it was hit in such a way the two seat air bags were not sensored. I have not felt safe in car since. Car was on a rual street when hit at about speed of 40 mile an hour. I can email pictures of car damage if needed.

I was injured in accident. . . . Hit a stationary vehicle. . . . There's significant damage to my vehicle. . . My airbags did not deploy. . . I am suffering from a severe cervical strain, severe neck sprain with inflation causing severe headaches, a severe upper and lower back sprain with inflammation casing pressure on my sciatic nerve. . . I cannot lift, bend , stand , sit, lie down for long periods of time, I even have to have help just too bathe. . I believe that had deployed. . . My injuries were not have been so severe.

I was stopped in a construction zone a vehicle crashed into the back of my car at a high rate of speed not one of the 6 or eight airbags deployed have photos my face and nose hit steering wheel swollen very bad still nose swollen left arm injuried have to have mri to determine still hurts very painful . I am not understanding why not one airbag came out my trunk was pushed into my back seat back window shattered no airbag deployed.

I was trying to park my 2012 Chevrolet Cruze car in a parking place. I turned into the parking spot and when I placed my foot on the brakes, nothing happened. I looked down at my foot and watching myself repeatedly pump the brakes. Instead of stopping, my car went over the parking spot yellow curb, over a sidewalk and some grass, and I hit a parked vehicle. Before I hit the vehicle, I luckily turned my wheel, causing less damage to the parked vehicle. After I hit the vehicle, my car turned back into the parking lot where it finally stopped. I am not sure if it stopped because of me repeatedly pumping the brakes, or that I finally ran out of momentum, since I had not hit the accelerator since before trying to park. My bumper is damaged, had to have car towed because I am too afraid to drive it. My 5 year old daughter was in the backseat, in her booster seat, during all of this, and I am afraid thinking of how worse it could have been, with the brakes not working. I found out after the fact that there was a recall for this year and model car for the brakes, and that recall was before I owned the car.

While driving the vehicle on the highway at 68mph with no traffic alongside nor in front of me the sunroof glass shattered voluntarily causing small shards of glass to fall into my face and clothing as well as outside the top of the vehicle. The sun shade was open and the glass on closed on the roof and not vented. There was no chance of road debris hitting the closed sunroof nor was there an overpass from anything to fall off from to make impact. The glass exploded and spider-webbed the entire sunroof.

I was driving east on the road. The car in front of me suddenly stopped and I was unable to stop before hitting them. I do feel I was following at a safe distance but for some reason the car did not slow down or stop as I feel it should have. The front end of the car crumpled though the air bags never deployed and the onstar crash response never activated. There was also very minimal, if any, damage to the car in front of me (possibly dented the bumper). On a side note, I have owned this car for 2 months now and have only been able to drive it for approximately 17 days because I have to keep taking it back to the shop to be worked on for malfunctions in other systems of the brand new car. I am concerned that there may have been a malfunction with the brakes system or airbags as well.

I purchased a lease vehicle (@500 mileage at the time). A few months later, the motor sounded like I had over 100,000 miles. Very loud. I changed the oil at permitted time, took it in for a mechanic test drive. Mechanic said it seemed fine. Feedback from passengers were affirming that there is definitely an issue. It seems the colder it is, the harder it runs. Like you never change your oil, and the muffler has a hole, or the motor runs real heavy, like rpms sticking. Sometimes its more faint. I tried higher grade gasoline, as advised, this did not help. More importantly. The doors should definitely be recalled. They are a safety concern. They slam back on you even if opened all the way, if on an uneven pavement or slight incline. There is only one latch at all the way open. This has been a major problem and slams back on my children and myself. I am concerned for others that may drive this vehicle. There should be a second latch or catching mechanism to prevent it slamming on your legs/head.

I was driving home and hit an 8 point buck that weighed about 180lbs head on that caused damage from the middle front center of the car extending to the drivers side of the car and smashing up into the motor. The instrument panel immediately illuminated to service airbag but the airbag never deployed. I was told if I was going slower, the deer would have went through the windshield. I could have been seriously hurt since the airbag didn't deploy. I bought this car brand new with only 17 miles on it. I have driven it for 2 years and now have to wonder if my family and I were put at risk for the last two years, while traveling to ohio, from iowa and out to boise 3 times. Of course I will be told there is nothing wrong and the car will be repaired, and I will be forced to continue driving a car that I won't really feel safe in because I won't know for sure if the airbag system is fixed, and will work right if this unfortunately will ever happen again. Somehow this will be pushed under the rug and there will be nothing I can do about it.

I googled it and saw there is a recall on my vehicle for air bag. I just bought the car 2 weeks ago. Shouldnt the dealer be responsible for fixing recalls before selling the car even it is used.

Traveling west and an east bound vehicle turned in front of me. The other driver was ticket for failure to yeild and accident causing bodily injury. My air bags did not deploy I sustained injuries to my chest, hit my head on drivers side window and my left should and ribs were thrown in to the door.

The electrical pad that you push to open the trunk is faulty and does not work anymore. Only way to get into trunk is to push key fob. If a child or adult got trapped inside it could be harmful due to fact that the push pad for the trunk open is faulty.

Vehicle turned off in the middle of taking a left turn. Caused the car to go off the road into a graded lot. At this point causing my tire to go flat and damaging the fender and passenger door. This is not the first time the car has turned off on me. I have had it in the shop 3 times in the 4 months that I have owned this vehicle and still nothing is resolved.

Moving with traffic, sneezed and when I opened my yes I couldn,'t stop in time and rear ended a stopped or slowing down vehicle. I was wearing my seat belt,slammed into the steering wheel, wondered why the air bags didn't deploy. Went to hospital. Bruised from right side of neck down my chest. Faint black yes from hitting steering wheel. Bruises on both knees. I am concerned the air bags failed. Your assistance would be appreciated. Also have pictures of bruising.

Vehicle was traveling at slow speed coming up to a light when the brakes were applied, and there was no response to the brakes resulting in an accident with two other cars. There was damage done to the car in front due to the collision. We took the car in for a routine maintenance and found that there was a recall on the brakes. They replaced the brake pressure switch and that has fixed the problem. We noticed from the very beginning, that at slow speeds, it required way too much pedal to stop the car. There is a third party involved in the wreck who may seek body injury.

We were driving home on a highway at dark when we hit a black angus bull which was approximately 1000 pounds. Immediately after we hit it, it rolled up onto the passenger side and crashed thru the windshield injuring myself (the passenger in the front). My husband was driving and we also had two passengers in the back of the car but they were not injured. I had multiple facial injuries and glass chard injures and was taken by ambulance to a hospital where I was inpatient for 10 days, 5 of those in intensive care. The most severe of my injuries were fracture of my orbital floor, fracture of my nasal bone, fracture of my malar and maxillary bones, open wound to my lip and multiple bruises and cuts. All four of us were wearing our seat belts and out of 10 airbags that the car had, not one went off. The front end of the car was severely damaged and we lost power to the car as soon as we hit the cow (no flashers, lights, etc) our car was totaled and we now have multiple medical bills to account for. Our concern was that we bought the car new and it was advertised as having ten airbags for safety. After hitting a 1000 pound bull at 60 mph, why did not one air bag go off?.

I was parallel parking my car and when I put it in park I took my foot off the brake and the car made a revving sound and went in reverse. I then hit the brake, and the car lunged forward and made the same noise. It went into the car behind me, and the car in front of me. Finally after that I was able to take the car back out of park to go reverse so that I can get my car away from the car in front of it (that I hit) and then I parked it successfully. Probably the scariest thing that ever happened because I had absolutely no control over my vehicle. When I tell my family/friends about the incident they think I'm a crazy person because the only way I can describe it is by saying it felt like something (such as a ghost lol) took control of my car. I'm not sure if I am going to have to pay for the damage when my lease is up.

My vehicle recently became part of the gm recall below: vehicles affected: about 174,046 model-year 2013-2014 Chevrolet Cruze sedans equipped with a turbo 1. 4-liter engine and manufactured between Nov. 28, 2012, and March 7, 2014. The problem: the right front half shaft may fracture and separate while driving, potentially causing the vehicle to lose power and coast to a stop. If a vehicle with a fractured half shaft is parked without the parking brake applied, the car could move unexpectedly. Either condition increases the risk of a crash. Ever since I bought it I kept hearing strange noise under my car. Not just that the car also had some other issues with the electrical, the screen kept going black. I called the agency and they kept my car for a week. They kept saying that they had trouble knowing what exactly was going on with my car. At the end they just say that it was due to an update. But , until now I still hear the noise as if something about to brake. After reading the recall I am concern for my safety. Please help.

The instrument panel light indicator illuminated each time the failure occurred indicating that the lift gate was ajar. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. Just a short time after I bought this car, which I love, I hit a deer. I was going 45 mph at the time and the impact did $10,000 damage but the air bag did not go off. Thankfully I was not hurt and I was wearing my seat belt. To this day the car just isn't the same.

While backing up into a parking space a woman decided to walk behind my car so I tried to stop. The car did not stop and the woman had to get out of the way. The car even though my foot was all the way down did not stop until the car hit a metal pole on the wall of the parking garage. As of today the car is still having problems and chevy tells me in every visit that the problems is something different.

Driver was traveling approx. 15-20 mph when traffic stopped in front of her. Driver was at a safe distance behind the vehicle in front of her. However, after applying the brakes the car did not stop and hit the vehicle in front of her. The driver could not figure out why the crash happened as she applied the brakes and the car felt like it wouldn't stop. Not only did the vehicle not stop but it also had extensive front end damage without any airbag deployment. Both issues are very concerning to the driver. The vehicle has since been repaired but still feels like the brakes are not functioning like they should.

Strong odor of coolant entering the interior of car when heater is used. Becomes stronger if window is open while driving . Odor is not present when at standstill. Open opening hood with engine off odor can be sensed near the water pump area. Dealer replaced water pump a week ago to remedy the problem. The vehicle has 28 k on it.

The chrome coating on the inside drivers side plastic door handle is failing. The edges of the chrome where it has separated from the plastic are razor sharp and have have caused multiple fairly deep lacerations to my fingers when opening the door. I inquired at the dealer about them replacing the part under warranty because its causing me injury despite my cautiousness while opening the handle, they told me it wasn't covered and would be an expensive fix due to the labor involved. My second complaint is the heat works intermittently and when taken to the dealer, they said I had a cracked thermostat housing which would be covered under warranty. They did not fix it however and simply refilled my antifreeze and said they would call me to have it fixed when the part came in. . . . That was almost two weeks ago.

1g1gp5sc1c7184724 VIN my car was taken to dealership because it started making a sound like the motor was ticking and had been overfilled with oil about 6 months before by the dealership. The serviceman waited until next day to drive the car. While being test drove by the service man it caught on fire and burned the whole motor and outside of the car up. All plastic was completely burned. My insurance man who went to look at the car said he could not tell if the plastic shield on the bottom had oil on it or not but they could further investigate and would be able to find out. Now I had insurance full coverage on the car and I bought gap from the dealership when I purchased the car. I am paying a 6. 25 interest rate on the car which came to 22,740. 00 plus 3,000. 00 down when purchased and been paying for 1 year. Payed for extended warranty and gap. I have waited over a month for gm to investigate this and of today's date the dealership says they have not come to do their job. I am 64 years old and never dreamed that a large dealership could or would do someone like they have done me. There was very large recall on 2012 cars and I don't know if mine was ever fixed because I didn't know about the recall until this happened. I just want my money back for the down payment so I can buy another car and for my car to be paid off by the dealership because they are the ones who over filled the car in the first place. The dealership should be responsible for the car it was in there place there service men was driving it when it caught on fire.
