Three problems related to front suspension control arm have been reported for the 1996 Chevrolet Impala. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Chevrolet dealership will not honor the recalls you have placed on the caprice car I have.
The ball joints snapped in half, causing the front end to collapse. Consumer stated that the ball joints snapped once prior to the above incident mentioned. Manufacturer has been notified.
Rear lower control arm failed prior to recall.
