On 7-24-01 called the dealer to find out if I have abs braking system on my car ,they told me I did so I told them that the abs warning light doesn't come on when you turn the ign. On like the owners manual saids. They told me that as long as the brake light comes its ok. So I complained to the chev. Customer service reps. About this and the answer I got was the system is okay , and the reason the abs light doesn't come on is because in the begining of this model year abs was free,and in the second half it costed 620. 00 dollars, what are they saying???? in the owners manual it states that ever the light comes on and the system is okay or it doesn't and to get looked at soon.
