I am complaining about the just purchased whic was vavoline when placed in vehicle engine thermal viscosity breakdown happened and engine block seized. Restarted after oil change same oil engine block seized. With what I'm reading and watching the third or fourth vehicle towed from the neighborhood maybe it's the motor oil. I understand that high heat breaks down rapidly with soy based lubricants. I understand you might not be able to admit this or are unaware but could you please keep on file.
When I am driving my vehicle the gear shift the stick on it's own. I hear a pop sound when it happens. This happens when I am in motion and driving the car. . I have already taken my car in for a recall last year to replace a ignition switch. It has been happening for a few weeks and I thought it was normal, until I was in traffic and it moved on it's own. Also last year I had to have the fuel injector replaced on my car. It had been leaking gas for a while. The dealership told me I would have to pay to have it fixed. There weren't any recalls during the time.
I purchased this vehicle for suburban kia in troy. On the third day of driving it, I noticed gasoline smells coming into the car. I took the vehicle back on 1/18/16 and they were not able to find out the cause of the gas smell coming into the car. I will be taking it back on 1/21/16 when they can keep it all day. The smells come when the care is in motion. Enough fumes to take my breath away. I have to drive with the windows open.
Had to recently replace fuel ejection and other part for fuel leaking and fumes overcoming in car. Now the speedometer, fuel and tack gauge stopped working. Gm has not recalled this on the Impala and they are aware this is a problem but will not take responsibility. These issues have been a serious safety hazard for my daughter and cannot drive the car. Every chevy dealership and parts stores think there is a recall until they look it up. Thats how much they are aware of the issues. Once again ill have to pay approx. 300. 00 just for the part. Dorman oe solutions instrument cluster. How can we stop gm from getting away with this! we need help!.

When the Impala is at normal operating temperature the engine dies when you remove your foot off the accelerator as when approaching a stop sign . If the engine has not reached normal operating temperature this does not occur.

Gas fumes inside and out. Can't drive car it's that bad. Had chevy dealer told me it was fuel filter replaced it guess what still had fumes after driving half a milehad car since 2006 . 80000 miles on car 68 year old , car in excellent condition, can't drive or would end up in hospital. Gm deler told me there is no recall . Somebody has rocks in there head. There has been a lot of complaints about this, somebody needs to quiet lining their pockets and take care of their products.
For several months I have been smelling strong gas fumes. Took to pep boys and they cannot find issue.
Intermittent no crank, no start. Problem is known problem with ignition switch, tumbler, and defective "passlock system". Dealers charge excessive proces for repairs that may or may not actually fix the problem. It seems to be a bad design issue, and is related to the defective ignition recalls. There is a fairly extensive complaint list, and the mfr certainly has data reflecting that the problem covers multi model and years of gm cars and trucks.
Over the last 2 years I have experienced numerous problems. The first problem was shifting of the vehicle which shifts very hard. The second problem was a lot of rust and needing to have body work done. Now with a little over 70,000 miles on the car it might not pass inspection next year because the body/frame is so rusted that it would cost more to have it fixed than the car is worth. The car is well taken care of so it is not for lack of caretaking on my part. The third problem is in the last 2 months periodically we can smell gas in the inside of the car, not exhaust fumes - gas. It's awful; nauseating and unbearable. This smell can also be detected outside of the vehicle. I worry about the health and safety of me and my family in this vehicle for these reasons. Also, at this point I am afraid to park the car in our attached garage for fear it could start a fire.
Car has just rolled over to a little over 165,,000 miles and when we bought it at the time we didnt think anything of it and then turns out a year after we bought the car it started smelling like gas big time but we didnt know where it was coming from then when I went to put the car in park the check engine light came on so im like thinking now what and so we take it to a garage and they say OH your entire exhaust system is rusted out and that theres a dollar size hole near the front of the exhaust but we didnt get it fixed becuz we couldnt at the time so they just told me to drive it as is and I have been but ive been noticing that it sounds louder and louder almost like how a car does not have an exhaust system and I really dont feel safe becuz its loud and it smells like gas on the inside and im afraid of it catching on fire one of these days and as for the resistor blower module for the a/c and heater we already had to replace that three times becuz it kept going out and I really dont want to have the car catch on fire becuz the blower motor resistor module isnt working properly and I dont have any money to keep fixing things on my car.
My vehicle, a 2005 chevy Impala, has had an issue concerning my fuel pressure regulator. After taking my vehicle to the chevy dealership to find out what the issue was, the diagnostics test had discovered that the fuel pressure regulator was damaged. I did further research on the issue they discovered I have come to find out that there was a recall on the same exact part on March 12 of 2007. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, they also mentioned another issue about my vehicles steering. This also showed up on the list of recalls for my model/year vehicle. When I asked regarding the issue of why my car was not involved in the recall, they stated that my VIN number is not in the list of cars they felt should be recalled. I was concerned and wondering why would my vehicle not be recalled also when the same exact issued occurred on my vehicle as well.
Experienced fuel smell in the vehicle when operating the blower. Noted fuel regulator valve leaks fuel. Stop engine allow to evaporate and when the engine is warm stopped leaking. Vehicle now has 161000 miles and stopped leaking. Leaks when the temperature gets cool or cold outdoors. Dealer cannot find the cause of the leak. This is a fire hazard.
