The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Impala. While driving in rainy weather conditions at any speed, the brake system intermittently pulsated, and caused the vehicle to abnormally vibrate. Secondly, while applying pressure to the brake pedal, the vehicle would not stop. The failure was accompanied by a loud grinding noise.
