Tl-the contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. The contact stated that while driving 50 mph that the abs and service power steering warning light illuminated with causing the steering wheel to seized . The contact stated that he pulled the vehicle over and shut the vehicle off and restarted the vehicle and the failure went away. In addition, two days later the steering failed and the warning signals re illuminated. The vehicle was driven to the local dealer(walker Chevrolet, carothers pkwy, franklin, TN, 37067) with controlling the steering wheel ( manually/ forcefully) no power steering. The vehicle was diagnosed that the rear passenger wheel bearing failed and that there was no connection to the power steering. The passenger rear bearing hub and assembly was replaced. The manufacturer was contacted under case number: 3522687465 and made aware of the failure, and stated that they had contacted the dealer and that the dealer reassured the manufacturer that the vehicle was repaired, however no further assistance was offered. The failure mileage was approximately 70,017. Jb.
The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. While driving 30 mph, the abs light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer who diagnosed and replaced the left magnetic ring, which had detached from the vehicle. While driving approximately 30 mph again, the abs light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the same dealer who diagnosed and replaced the passenger side hub assembly, which fell off. The vehicle was fully repaired. The failure mileage was 41,500.
