One problem related to brake light on has been reported for the 1996 Chevrolet Lumina. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When applying brakes at 20 mph or less it momentarily loses brakes for approximately 3-5 seconds before restoring them. Dealer notified, and unable to duplicate the problem. Vehicle had brake failures repeatdly. Anti lock brake light came and stayed on while driving.
